The opportunity involves a fully asset-backed senior secured bridge facility (CAD $8–12MM) to enable acquisition while a defined strategic take-out process progresses.

The bridge facility will be secured by first-priority collateral over the corridor asset. Proceeds are used to complete the acquisition and preserve strategic control of the corridor during transition.
